How do I place an order?
It’s super easy! Just like adding items to a shopping cart, follow these steps:
- Find your future favorite bracelet and click "Add to Cart."
- When you're done browsing, click on your cart icon and hit "Checkout."
- Enter your shipping info and choose your payment method.
- Click "Place Order" – and that's it! You'll get a confirmation email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (like Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayPal. Your payment is always safe and secure with us!
Will I get an email to confirm my order?
Yes! The moment your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email to your inbox. It’s like a little high-five from us!
What are your bracelets made of?
We use high-quality materials to make your bracelet special and lasting! This includes beautiful gemstone beads, strong stainless steel charms, and super-strong, flexible elastic thread that feels soft and secure on your wrist.
Are the bracelets adjustable?
Our bracelets are not adjustable in the traditional sense (like a clasp), but don't worry! We use high-quality elastic that has a gentle, comfortable stretch. This makes them easy to slip on and off. Plus, for most styles, you can pick the perfect size for your wrist! Always check the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
Are the gemstones natural?
We source our gemstone beads from suppliers who label them as natural. We love the unique, earthy beauty this brings to each piece! However, because our bracelets are handcrafted and we are a small shop, we do not have official gemstone certifications. Every WellstoneWorks bracelet is a unique work of art and positive energy!
Can I make a custom bracelet?
We think custom bracelets are an amazing idea and we'd love to do that one day! For now, our small team is focused on creating the beautiful, ready-made designs you see in the shop. Stay tuned for future updates!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We handcraft your bracelet with care!
- Processing Time: It takes us 1-3 days to carefully make and pack your bracelet.
- Shipping Time: It then takes 5-9 days for it to travel to you.
So, in total, please expect your order within 7-12 business days. You'll get a tracking number to follow its journey to your wrist!
Do you ship worldwide?
We absolutely do! We love sending good vibes across the globe. Please note that shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do!
- For the US: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- For other countries: We often have free shipping thresholds too! The cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to love your WellstoneWorks piece! If you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll help you start a return for a refund or exchange. Please note: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
What if my bracelet arrives damaged?
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear that! While we triple-check every order, sometimes shipping can be rough. Please email us right away at hi@wellstoneworks.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right for you with a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my bracelet?
A little care goes a long way!
- Keep it Dry: Please remove your bracelet before swimming, bathing, or washing your hands.
- Keep it Safe: Store it separately in a soft pouch or box to avoid scratches.
- Avoid Chemicals: Sprays like perfume or sunscreen can sometimes affect the materials, so it's best to put your bracelet on after applying them.
Is your packaging nice? Is it gift-ready?
Yes! Every order comes beautifully presented in our signature WellstoneWorks packaging, making it perfect for a gift right out of the box. No need to wrap!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our standard packaging is already so lovely that we don't offer an additional gift wrap service. We're confident it will impress all on its own!
My skin is sensitive. Are your materials hypoallergenic?
We primarily use gemstones, sterling silver and stainless steel, which are generally great for sensitive skin. However, if you have a severe metal allergy, it's always best to be cautious.
Do you have a loyalty program or discounts?
